Farm to Table Should mean Just that

​We want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome throughout their time at The Third Space. That’s why we greet everyone who walks through our doors with warmth. We took care to design our space and create an ambiance that allows guests to feel like they are walking into someone’s home. It’s why we pay such close attention to the smallest details. We always strive to be approachable–in every sense of the word.

We want and encourage our guests to watch us cook and plate their food. We want them to ask us questions, engage in conversation, and share stories. Above all else, we want them to enjoy themselves in a pressure free environment, where we simply ask that they have an open mind while trying our dishes. 

 

​We believe in serving food that is sustainably grown and ethically sourced from local farmers. By forming connections with local growers, we are able to provide our guests with the freshest ingredients and most vibrant menus while supporting our community. 


Sustainability is a large part of what makes The Third Space what it is. We minimize our waste by using vegetable scraps and bones to create stocks for soups and stews, while turning less conventional animal parts into delicious bites.
